He goes with the twins. And yes both arms are mechanical. He lost one in a war and the other in an accident, hence all the scars. Including his eye. He owns a pawn shop named "Glitch and Gears Pawn Shop". His name is Fletch 'Gears'...I don't have a last name for him yet.
